Your data stays yours

Aesthetics is a small world. We protect your identity so you can answer candidly.

Confidential by default

Results are reported in aggregate. Clients never see your name, clinic or contact details unless you explicitly agree for a specific study.

Built for global privacy law

We collect only what is needed for eligibility and payment, and you can request access, correction or deletion at any time.

Independent and transparent

We tell you the type of study before you start. If a study could involve a product sponsor, you'll be told whether the sponsor is disclosed.

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By joining the Injector Insights panel or using this website you agree to them.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Injector Insights ("we", "us") runs a market research panel for healthcare professionals who perform aesthetic injectable treatments. These terms apply to the website, your panel membership and every study, survey, interview or other activity you take part in through us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a healthcare professional who is legally permitted to perform aesthetic injectable treatments in your country. You must give accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You may hold only one account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Participation in studies

Taking part is always voluntary. Each invitation will describe the topic, expected length and compensation where known. You agree to answer honestly, thoughtfully and from your own experience, and not to use automated tools, shared accounts or false answers to complete studies.

5. Confidential material

Some studies show concepts, products, images or other materials that are not public. You must keep these confidential, not copy, record, screenshot or share them, and use them only to complete the study unless we say otherwise in writing.

6. Safety reporting

If, during a study, you describe a patient safety event, side effect or product complaint involving a named product, we may be legally or contractually required to pass limited details to the manufacturer or a regulator. We will tell you at the start of any study where this is likely to apply.

7. Compensation

Where a study offers compensation, it is governed by our Compensation Provisions. We may withhold payment for incomplete studies, inconsistent or low-quality answers, duplicate accounts or breach of these terms.

8. Your responses and our rights

You keep ownership of your opinions. By submitting responses you give us and our clients a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them for research, analysis and reporting. Results are reported in aggregate and your identity is not disclosed to clients unless you separately agree for a specific study.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misrepresent your profession or location, interfere with the website, attempt to access other members' data, or use the service for anything unlawful or for marketing or selling products.

10. Suspension and ending membership

You can leave the panel at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or contain inaccurate information.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". Nothing here is medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability is limited to the compensation owed to you for the relevant study. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer or professional law says otherwise. Questions: [contact email].

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how Injector Insights ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you join our panel or take part in studies.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use your data

3. Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for panel membership, marketing messages and optional verification), performance of our agreement with you (to run studies and pay you), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the service) and legal obligation.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who help us operate the panel, such as hosting, survey, communications and payment providers, under contracts that protect it. Clients receive anonymised, aggregated results. We will only give a client your identifiable details if you explicitly agree for that study, or where the law requires us to pass on safety information to a manufacturer or regulator.

5. International transfers

Because the panel is global, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep your data while you are a member and for a limited period afterwards for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. Verification documents are deleted once verification is complete or when you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to withdraw consent at any time, to receive a portable copy, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights contact [privacy contact email].

8. Calls and text messages

If you opt in, we may text or call you about study opportunities. Message frequency varies and standard rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or update your contact preferences. Mobile numbers collected for messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. Please protect your own account details.

10. Age restriction

The panel is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new date above and notify you of material changes. Contact us at [privacy contact email].

Compensation Provisions

Last updated: October 2026. These provisions explain how members are compensated for taking part in Injector Insights studies and form part of our Terms of Use.

1. Stated compensation

Each study invitation states the compensation (the "honorarium") before you start, along with the expected length. Compensation is offered only for studies you complete and for which you meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Qualification and completion

You are paid only if you qualify and fully complete the study. If a screener finds you do not qualify, or you leave a study early, you may not be paid, unless the invitation says otherwise.

3. Quality standards

We review responses for quality. Compensation may be withheld or reversed if answers are inconsistent, rushed, contradictory, copied or generated by automated tools, or if you are found to have given false eligibility information or to hold duplicate accounts.

4. How and when you are paid

Payment is issued after the study closes and your responses are verified, normally within the timeframe stated in the invitation. Available payment methods and currencies vary by country and are shown in your account. You are responsible for providing correct payment details.

5. Taxes and professional rules

You are responsible for any taxes on compensation you receive. You are also responsible for complying with any rules from your employer, licensing body or country about accepting payment for research participation. We may ask for tax information where the law requires it.

6. Payment issues and unclaimed funds

If you think a payment is wrong or missing, contact us within 60 days of the study. Payments that cannot be delivered because details are incorrect and remain unclaimed after a reasonable period may expire.

7. Changes

We may update these provisions for future studies. The compensation stated in your invitation applies to that study.

8. Contact

Questions about compensation: [contact email].
